Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.2/2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to return a sum of Rs.7,20,000/-, which was deposited by the petitioner before this Court in view of the settlement of the dispute by the petitioner with the respondent-bank. Learned counsel submits that a memo dated 05.10.2023 has also been filed on behalf of the

petitioner seeking leave of this court to withdraw the writ
petition in view of the settlement between the parties.
2. Having regard to the submissions made by the
learned counsels, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn while directing the Registry to return a sum of
Rs.7,20,000/- which was deposited by the petitioner on
31.03.2023 before this Court.
