Taking into consideration the observations made in the W.P.No.1002 of 2023 and connected matters, the respondents are directed to continue the petitioner as Guest Lecturer till the completion of the Academic Year 2022-23. In that view of the matter, petitioner cannot be disturbed during the Academic Year 2022-23, however, insofar as grievance raised by the petitioner with regard to regularization of his service, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of .
