This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus against the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12^th January, 2023 vide Annexures ‘B’ and ‘C’.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that, as mentioned

Heard Sri. Prashanth H.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. K.S. Bheemaiah, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for respondents.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that the petitioner has filed representation to the respondent No.3 claiming advance voluntary retirement of service and same is pending consideration before respondents 2 and 3. In that view of the matter, taking into exigency averred in the writ petition, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation

dated 12^th January, 2023 (Annexures ‘B’ and ‘C’) and pass appropriate orders at the earliest, in any event, on or before 31^st March, 2023 and communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
