9. I state that if the authority intended to take action against the Petitioner pertaining to the said Sy.No.32 of Bethanagere Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, we shall abide the rule and take action in accordance with Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964."
