Heard Sri. Shashi Kiran Shetty, learned Senior Counsel along with Sri. Kiran.J, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. V.Seshu, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the writ petition papers.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is before this Court challenging Annexure-A, order dated 10.11.2022 passed in Rev.Appeal.No.545/2018 passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal; to quash the order dated 19.07.2004 passed in Annexure-B as well as Annexure-C bearing No.LAQ.CR.192/2005-06 dated 26.02.2018. Under order at Annexure-A, the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, remanded the matter to the Deputy Commissioner-respondent No.2 herein for fresh consideration and to pass suitable order in accordance with law. As the matter is remanded, he prays for a direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner to dispose of the proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner at Annexure-C, bearing No.LAQ.CR.192/2005-06 dated

i. Respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner is directed to dispose of the proceedings in Annexure-C bearing No.LAQ.CR.192/2005-06 remanded by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal under Annexure-A, order dated 10.11.2022 in Rev.Appeal.No.545/2018 as expeditiously as possible, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
