Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Petitioners herein are the legal representatives of deceased petitioner - K. Kalaiah. The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the representation dated 13.03.2017 (Annexure-E) seeking regularisation of services of the petitioner in the respondent - authority has not been considered.

In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation that may be filed by the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner - K. Kalappa within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass order in accordance with law, within outer limit of eight weeks thereafter.

It is also noted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner died and his legal representatives have been brought on record. Under these circumstances, the legal representatives of deceased are permitted to make one more representation in terms of the observation made above.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
