The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

A. "That this Hon'ble court may be pleased to consider Annexure-G. within 15.12.2014, as the petitioner is presently a Law student and the law exams are scheduled for the months of December/January 2014-15.

B. To kindly direct for the esteemed CID enquiry as the petitioner is totally a aggrieved person and is undergoing bitterest of the bitter circumstances from the past 15 years from the Respondent No.2

C. To kindly direct respondent No.1 Kodigehalli police to register FIR against the Respondent No.2 based on the complaints of the petitioner given to all the Hon'ble Top Police officers, in the interest of justice."

When the petition was listed for a final hearing, the party-in-person was not present. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the case before the Trial Court in Crime No.13/2011 where cognizance was taken in C.C.No.6802/2013 was referred to the Lok Adalat, and an application under Section 320 of Cr.P.C was entertained and the petitioner was acquitted of the offence. He has placed on record the proceedings of the Mega Lok Adalat in CC.No.6802/2013 and submits that nothing survives for consideration in this petition.

In view of the above statement, this petition is

dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
