THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO CALL FOR RECORDS AND DIRECT THE R-1 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION DT 23.04.2022 RECEIVED BY THE R-1 ON 27.04.2022 VIDE ANNX-L WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OF THIS HON'BLE COURT.

Petitioners who are the holders of stage carriage

permits submitted applications with respondent No.1 to renew the permits. Petitioners submit that respondent No.1 without any sufficient cause has not considered the applications, though this Court on an earlier occasion had directed respondent No.1 to consider the said applications.

instructions submits that the applications submitted by the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted.
