ORDER
The petitioner was granted with permit No.28/2002-03 on the route, Tumkur to Nithalapadavu and back by the respondent - Authority in 2002. Due to financial difficulties, he transferred the permit to one Sri L Madivanan to operate the service. Since the transferee cannot operate the service continuously, he submitted a representation with the respondent for restoration and for renewal of the permit to operate in public convenience. The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered.
