The petitioner was granted with permit No.20/2002-03 on the route, Nithalapadavu to Tumkur and back by the respondent - Authority in 2002. Due to financial difficulties, she transferred the permit to one Sri L Madivanan to operate the

service. Since the transferee cannot operate the service continuously, she submitted a representation with the respondent for restoration and for renewal of the permit to operate in public convenience. The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered.

The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered, if there is a provision under the provisions of the M.V Act, 1988 and reasonable time is granted.

The said submissions is placed on record.

Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 22.11.2022 vide Anenxure-A submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order after notifying the interested persons.
