ORDER
This petition is liable to be disposed off as having
become infructuous since the petitioners have failed to make payment of dues in respect of fishing leases in question as has been observed by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 09.03.2023.
Ordered accordingly and WP is disposed off.
It is open to the respondent to take appropriate action against the petitioners in the light of observations
made by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 09.03.2023. In that connection all contentions are kept open to both the sides.
