This Writ Petition is disposed off as having become infructuous in terms of Memo dated 21.06.2023 which reads as under:
“ The Petitioner herein has filed the above case, to issue writ in the nature of certiorari. Since matter become infructuous. Hence, the above case may kindly be permit the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, directing the respondents to release the retirement benefits at the earliest, in the interest of justice and equity.”
The pendency of this Writ Petition would not come in
the way of release of retrial benefits to the Petitioner if he is otherwise entitled.
