The petitioner has files a memo for withdrawal dated
09.06.2023, which reads as under:-
"The petitioner submits that the above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide AnnexureQ dated 17.12.2019 granting fishing rights infavour of the 5th respondent for a period of 5 years. 5 years lease period has expired on 16.05.2018. Hence, the
above writ petition does not survive for consideration as it has become infructuous.
WHEREFORE, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition having become infructuous and direct the 3rd respondent to take immediate steps for grant of fishing lease in respect of Arekere Tank, Srirangapattana Taluk, Mandya District, in the interest of justice."
In view of the memo, this writ petition is dismissed as
having become infructuous.
