Counsel submits that a memo has been filed stating that the petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous as the parties mutually agreed for divorce before mediation and M.C.No.3682/2015 filed by respondent has been disposed off in terms of settlement reached before Mediation. Counsel therefore, submits that memo may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous.
