Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

In this writ petition, it is the grievance of the petitioner

that, the father of the petitioner-late Parashurama B., was working in the respondent No.4-College, and he died on 17.04.2017. In furtherance of the same, the petitioner has approached the respondent-College by way of representation produced at Annexure-D dated 07.09.2018, seeking

appointment under companionate grounds and in this regard, the respondent No.4-College forwarded the same to the respondent No.3 herein as per letter dated 28.09.2018 vide Annexure-H to the writ petition seeking permission and for approval to appoint the petitioner on companionate grounds. It is contended that respondent No.3 has not considered the claim of the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioner has sought for interference of this Court.

Taking into consideration grievance addressed by the petitioner in the writ petition, I am of the view that, respondent No.3 shall consider the letter dated 28.09.2019 vide AnnexureH made by the respondent No.4-College to the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of .
