ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent when the case is called in the morning session as well as afternoon session.
This Court on 22.07.2022 granted two weeks’ time finally to comply with office objections, however till today the office objections are not complied with. Today the matter is listed for fifth time for non-compliance of office objections.
Further, two weeks time is granted to comply with the office objections, failing which the petition stands dismissed without reference to Bench.
