In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

“ I. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to enter into the school and teach.

¶35

II. Issue writ of mandamus to appoint the petitioner to any other aided or recognized high school in Bangalore.

¶36

III. Direct the respondent to release the salary from July 2018 to December 2022 (53 months of salary).

¶37

IV. Also initiate action against the 6^th respondent for violating the principles of natural justice.

V. Pass any such order or direction considering the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the factual aspect on

record that the petitioner is not working with the respondent-School, I am of the view that, the releifs sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted except

prayer No.3, in respect of release of salary is concerned. In this regard, petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by way of comprehensive representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if such representation being made by the petitioner to the competent authority, the same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of .
