ORDER
Learned Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondent – BDA submits that if a period of three days is granted, execution & registration of the Lease-cum-Sale in respect of the subject site will be accomplished. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees with the same.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off reserving liberty to the Petitioner to seek it’s revival, if there is failure in accomplishing the above task.
It is impressed upon respondent-BDA that if the said task is not accomplished as undertaken, the Commissioner of BDA may be called personally before the Court for offering an explanation, should a memo be moved by the petitioner to that effect.
Now, no costs.
