The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru to complete the process of passing the 'final order' on 'merits' in the Revision Petition No.1 of 2021, at the earliest point of time.
Petitioner party-in-person submits that a memo has been filed stating he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Petitioner party-in-person therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
