ORDER
Smt.H.R.Renuka., learned counsel for the respondents has appeared in person.
a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated: 20.06.2023 passed by the second respondent in
¸ÀASÉå:PÀgÁ¸Á/zÁ«/²±Á/898/2023/585/2023-24 vide Annexure-D.
Learned counsel Smt.H.R.Renuka., submits that the order of suspension has been revoked by the Corporation by passing an order on 09.08.2023. Counsel submits that a memo has been filed furnishing the copy of the revocation order. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo along with revocation order may be placed on record and appropriate order may be passed.

placed on record.
A perusal of the order dated:09.08.2023 would reveal that the Corporation has revoked the order of suspension. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the captioned Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having
become infructuous.
