This petition by wife seeking transfer of M.C No.32/2021 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Belur, Hassan to the Family Court at Bengaluru.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the marriage solemnized at Belur and as the petitioner was earlier residing in Belur, the petition was filed at Belur. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondent at present are residing in Bengaluru and transfer of the petition from Belur to Family Court, Bengaluru would be convenient to both the parties.

The above submission is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondent. He further submits that even he is residing in Bengaluru.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the records.

In the circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by counsels appearing for both the parties, M.C No.33/2021 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Belur, Hassan is to be transferred to Family Court at Bengaluru. Hence the following:
