grant of the interim order of stay of the order of transfer dated 04.09.2023.
The Hon’ble Tribunal has substantially heard the matter and reserved for orders on 29.09.2023”. In view of the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the matter may be dismissed as having become infructuous, to meet the ends of justice”.
