THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED PRAYING UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO ORDER/DIRECTION QUASHING THE ORDER DATED 22.05.2023 PASSED BY KSAT, BENGALURU IN APPLICATION No-1758/2023 ANNEXURE-A AND ALLOW APPLICATION No-1758/2023.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner Shri P.A. Kulkarni is present through video conferencing. The learned AGA is present on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

By its order dated 22.05.2023, the Tribunal has dismissed the Application No.1758/2023 filed by the petitioner on the ground that his application was premature, as the respondents have six months’ time to consider the representation of the applicant and to pass suitable orders.

The learned Advocate for petitioner submits that

the period of six months is already completed. Therefore,

the Government be directed to consider the representation

of the petitioner.

The learned AGA also submits that representation of the petitioner would be considered, in accordance with law.
