“The Petitioners above named respectfully pray that they would withdraw the above petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition in proper format, in the interest of justice.”
Accordingly at the request of counsel for the petitioners, leave for withdrawal of petition PIL is granted
with liberty to file fresh petition by complying all necessary formalities and the Petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn.
