Learned Additional Government Advocate by inviting our attention to the affidavit filed in this court on 8.11.2023, submits that there is due compliance of the order of this court. It is also stated in para 4 that delay caused in compliance of the order was due to administrative difficulties and the respondent-accused tenders his unconditional apology for the delay caused.

The counsel for the complainant also fairly admits the compliance of order in question. As such, no grievance remains in the complaint of contempt.
