submit that sketch is also prepared for 2.05 acres in terms of Annexure-D and the RTC at Annexure-E also indicates the name of the petitioner’s father to an extent of 2.05 acres. Therefore, he submits that the petitioner submitted representation dated 30.11.2022 at Annexure-G to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, requesting to rectify the saguvali chit by showing the extent of land as 2.05 acres instead of 0.25 guntas which is pending consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Sy.No.29/3 to an extent of 2.05 acres and the saguvali chit issued by the respondents-Authorities indicates only 0.25 guntas in Sy.No.29/3 situated at Mokali Village, Kasaba Hobli, Arakalgudu Taluk. It is for the Tahsildar to verify the grant register and grant order as to the extent of land granted in favour of the petitioner in comparison with saguvali chit and grant certificate and pass an appropriate order considering Annexure-G, representation dated 30.11.2022. Hence, the following:
