ORDER
This writ petition is filed for quashing award dated 28.09.2017 in IDA no.26/2015 vide Annexure- J passed by Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Chikkamagaluru.
submitted that writ petition is filed challenging award passed by Labour Court insofar as awarding of back-wages. But, respondent has been reinstated in service by petitioner in response of award.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of joint memo by modifying Labour Court award insofar as back wages is concerned.
