This writ petition is filed challenging award dated 03.05.2017 passed in Reference no.36/2013 vide Annexure-A by I Addl. Labour Court, Bengaluru and direct respondent - management to pay back-wages and consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for parties submitted that during pendency of writ petition parties have amicably settled matter and petitioners no.1(a) and (b) are legal representative of deceased petitioner have agreed to receive sum of Rs.1,10,000/- towards full and final settlement of their claims against respondent and respondent has agreed to pay same today itself in single settlement by way of cash.
