The Writ Petition is filed against the order dated:06.06.2012 in Application No.02/2009 passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Bangalore
(Annexure-U), has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the petition may kindly be disposed of in terms of this joint memo.
"The petitioner has agreed to pay the respondents a lumpsum of Rs.75,000/- (Seventy Five Thousand) and the respondents have agreed to receive the aforesaid sum in full and final settlement of the claim made in Application No.02/2009.
