THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE AWARD DATED 26.07.2017 PASSED BY THE LABOUR COURT, MYSORE IN I.I.D.NO.15/2015 VIDE ANNEX-H AND ETC.,

THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED.

CONCILIATION ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent have filed a joint memo duly signed in the presence of KSRTC Law officer and the workman and they have agreed to the terms of Joint Memo. The said joint memo reads as under:

"The WP filed against the award in I.I.D No.15/2015 on the file of the Labour Court, Mysore dated 26.7.2017 has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under:

The respondents are not entitled for consequential benefits as well as full backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of death

of the workman, the remaining portion of the award remains unaltered.

The parties have agreed for the aforestated terms of settlement".

In view of the joint memo filed, parties have settled the dispute in terms of joint memo. The joint memo would be filed in part and parcel of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo.
