The petitioners herein have challenged the order passed by respondent No.2 under Section 101 (b) of the Karnataka CoOperative Societies Act, 1959 and under Rule 38 A (5) of the Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1960 and the consequent transfer certificate issued. The same is appelable under Section 106 of the Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959.

remedy, the writ petition is hereby dismissed reserving liberty
