Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first prayer in the writ petition involves disputed question of facts and he may be permitted to withdraw the same reserving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. Hence, no orders are passed insofar as it relates to the first prayer in the writ petition.

In respect of conducting elections to petitioner no.1Society, the learned AGA appearing for respondent nos.1 and 3 to 5, upon instructions, submits that the process of election will be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today. His submission is placed on record.
