Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
of land bearing Sy.No.78, to the extent of 3 acres of Chokkasandra Village, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, in terms of the Sale Deed registered on 18.03.2006 (Annexure-C).

In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, 3rd respondent herein is directed to consider the representation produced at Annexure-B, dated 19.07.2021 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
