Learned counsel Sri.Somashekar., submits that a memo has been filed on 03.11.2023 stating that in view of closure of all six files mentioned in Summons dated:08.03.2021 at Annexure-L, nothing survives for consideration in the captioned Writ Petition. Counsel therefore, submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of as does not survive for consideration.
