ORDER
Sri.H.M.Manjunath., learned counsel on behalf of
Sri.Doddaiah.D.S., for the petitioner and Smt.H.R.Renuka., learned counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.
The captioned Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the portion of Award dated:04.11.2017 passed by the Labour Court, Bengaluru in Reference No.34/2016 vide Annexure-A, in so far as it relates to the withholding of three increments with cumulative effect and to modify the backwages by enhancing from 20% to 100% as ordered by the Labour Court.
Suffice it to note that the Corporation has challenged the Award of the Labour Court in W.P.No.52015/2018 and this Court has allowed the Writ Petition and confirmed the order of the dismissal dated:20.07.2015 passed by the Appellate Authority. In view of confirmation of order of dismissal, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition dismissed.
