When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, either personally or through video conferencing.
The captioned Writ Petition is listed today for orders regarding non-compliance of office objections.
The Writ Petition is filed on 30.06.2022. A perusal of the daily order sheet would reveal that the Writ Petition was listed before this Court on 15.11.2022, 05.06.2023, 11.07.2023 and 21.08.2023, on all these dates, at request on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, time was granted to comply office objections.
Now we are almost completing the month of October 2023. Despite granting several opportunities, office objections are not complied with. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition and the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the petition.
As already noted above, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner either

personally or through video conferencing. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and also for non-
compliance of office objections.
