Smt.H.R.Renuka., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.V.S.Naik., learned counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.

Counsel Sri.V.S.Naik., submits that a memo has been filed stating that the respondent workman is not interested in prosecuting the petition and the order of dismissal passed by the Corporation in ¸ÀA.PÀgÁ¸Á:ªÉÄÊUÁæ«:¹:UÉÊ:ºÁ/ 46/16/5993/16-17 dated:31.03.2017 may be confirmed. Counsel

therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be allowed.
