Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I) during the years 2015 to 2017, 2017 to 2019 and 2019 to 2021. The petitioners have completed their two years ITI course, but they have not succeeded by passing their examination on the ground that respondent Nos.4 to 7 have not conducted the classes regularly and not completed the syllabus and they have conducted the examination after lapse of one year six months to two year six months due to Covid-19 pandemic. As per the rules and guidelines, the respondents have to conduct the examination during the month of August 2021, but the respondents have not conducted the examination in time. The State council for Vocational Training, the students of Industrial Training Institute have given one time relaxation by passing all students due to Covid-19 pandemic situation by the second respondent vide communication dated 25.03.2022 and 08.04.2022. The petitioners submitted the representations to respondent Nos.1 and 3 stating that the same benefit be extended to the students of National Council for Vocational Training and the students of Industrial Training Institute
