ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondent No.1 for grant of approval for issuance of affiliation to the petitioner- Institution for the academic year 2022-23 as per the report recommendation of respondent No.2, vide letter dated 25.11.2022 vide Annexure-C and to issue affiliation to start fresh B.Sc Nursing course as per letter of recommendation dated 25.11.2022 for the academic year 2022-23 vide Annexure-C.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate
for respondent No.1 filed a memo along with documents wherein the government has considered the recommendation of respondent No.2 dated 25.11.2022 and granted affiliation in terms of the government order dated 28.08.2023. In view of the government order dated 28.08.2023, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the government.
consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
