Learned counsel would point out that under Annexure-A dated 21.09.1998, land was granted to the petitioner and he also invites attention of this Court to Annexure-B – Survey Sketch. Learned counsel would further submit that even though the land was granted in the year 1998, till this date, the name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records. Therefore, he submitted representation at Annexure-D on 18.07.2022 to the Tahsildar-respondent No.4 and the said representation is kept pending.

Even though the petitioner was granted land in the year 1998, till this date, the name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records in respect of the land in question. In that regard, the petitioner submitted Annexure-D, representation, which was received by Tahsildar Office on 27.07.2022. The said representation is pending for long and respondent No.4-Tahsildar has statutory obligation to consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the following:
