THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS TO GET THE RECTIFICATION AND PHODI WORK DONE IN RESPECT OF 20 GUNTAS OF LAND IN SY.NO. 140 OF KOONUR VILLAGE, KASABA HOBLI, KANAKAPURA TALUK, RAMANAGARA DISTRICT REGULARISED IN FAVOUR OF THE PETITIONER IN TERMS OF THE NOTIFICATION AS PER ANNEXURE-E DATED 06/05/2003 IN NO. LND.SR(3) (KA)KOO 7/1998-1999 AND GRANT CERTIFICATE DATED 22/12/2003 AS PER ANNEXURE-F AND TO ASSIGN NEW SURVEY NUMBER TO THE LAND REGULARISED AND TO RECORD MUTATION AND RTC IN THE NAME OF THE PETITIONER.

Though the matter is listed for Preliminary Hearing, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is taken up for final disposal.

Heard the learned counsel Ms.Priyanka.G.M., for Sri.K.Abhinav Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner

and learned High Court Government Pleader Sri.Seshu.V., for respondents, who has taken notice. Perused the writ petition papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that petitioner was granted land bearing Sy.No.140 of Koonur village, Kasaba Hobli, Kanakapura Taluk to an

extent of 20 guntas in terms of Grant Certificate at Annexure-F dated 22.12.2003. Learned counsel would submit that till this date, name of the petitioner is not reflected in the revenue records and the petitioner submitted representation dated 03.07.2015 (Annexure-G) to the third respondent requesting to enter the name of the petitioner in the RTC/revenue records. It is the grievance of the petitioner that same is pending consideration for more than 5 years and no orders have been passed.

Learned High Court Government Pleader in the facts and circumstances would submit that appropriate order would be passed to enter the name of the petitioner in the RTC based on the Grant Certificate, if some time is given.

The third respondent – Tahasildar is directed to consider Annexure-G, representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2015 to enter her name in the

RTC/revenue records in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.140 of Koonur village, Kasaba Hobli, Kanakapura Taluk to an extent of 20 guntas, based on the Grant Certificate at Annexure-F dated 22.12.2003 and pass appropriate order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
