The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:

i. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2-Police to consider the representation dtd.11/7/2022 and 4/12/2022 under Annexure-C and D to furnish the copy of the FIR in Crime No.183/2006, copy of the complaint dtd.30/08/2006, copy of the paper publication and the letter dtd.1/9/2014.

ii. Issue such other orders as may be deem fit in the given circumstances of the case.

instructions would submit that FIR in Crime No.183/2006 and its original form is not available and a certified true copy would be issued to petitioner, and it would suffice for the need of the petitioner. The said submission in placed on record.
