The captioned Writ Petition is listed today for orders for non-compliance of office objection for second time.
As could be seen from the daily order sheet, the petition was listed on 10.10.2022. On that day, two weeks time was granted to comply office objections.
The petition is listed today. So far office objections are not complied with.

Despite giving opportunities, petitioner has not instructed the counsel on record to comply office objections.
As already noted above, today also there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and also for non-compliance of office objections.
