The petitioner is aggrieved by what he describes as the respondent’s failure to consider his online application (ARN No. AA2906210163884) for revocation of the cancellation of registration in GSTIN No.29FEPPS1371E1Z1. While Sri. Bharath Kumar V., the learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon certain circumstances to justify the application, Sri. Jeevan J. Neeralgi, the learned Standing counsel for the respondent, submits that the circumstances relied upon by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent, and appropriate decision taken strictly in accordance with law. When queried, Sri. Jeevan J. Neeralgi also submits that such decision
