The petitioner submits that, the dispute between the petitioner and respondent has been amicably settled, accordingly they have entered into memorandum of settlement before the mediation on 12/09/2023 and same has been accepted before the trial court 15/09/2023 in M.C.No.09/2020, the marriage between the parties has been dissolved and therefore the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity."
