THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE IMPUGNED ORDER DATED 09.05.2020 IN NO.PUSATHE. LOVERAHANE.VEAA.VEVA. 071.2019-20 ISSUED BY THE 4TH RESPONDENT VIDE ANENXURE-C2 & ETC.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs.

1. To issue writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 09.05.2020 issued by the 4^th respondent vide Annexure-C2;

2. To issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 4 not to connect the drainage flowing with sewage water, gutter water from Ward No. 11, Dasaramaddi Gutter to Hirehalla Nala without obtain prior approval from the environment clearance from the competent authority by considering the representations vide Annexure-D, D1, D2.

3. To issue direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to install sewage/ gutter water treatment plant and purity the same before discharging it to any other place.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that prayer No.1 is not being pressed by the petitioners. The said submission is placed on record.

Learned HCGP submits that if reasonable time is granted, they would consider the representation and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the same, respondents No.2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations vide Annexures-D, D1 and D2 respectively and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands off.
