ORDER
The petitioner claiming to be the owner of portion of the property in Sy.Nos.46 and 47B(2) of Station Road, Hospete has filed the present writ petition alleging that the respondents-Authorities have illegally demolished portion of the compound wall on the property of the petitioner and that respondent No.4 be directed not to demolish remaining portion of the compound wall.
