The petitioner has challenged the publication dated 02.12.2022 inviting bids for fair price shot at Golbhavi village of Jamakhandi Taluk, on the ground that the said publication is issued by respondent No.4 and he has no jurisdiction to issue the same.

It is noticed that the said publication is issued by the jurisdictional Joint Director and the learned HCGP has produced the notification dated 28.12.2018, wherein the joint director is permitted to issue such notification. The same is not in dispute.

For the said reason, writ petition is hereby dismissed.
