Learned HCGP accepts notice for the respondents.

In this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned enquiry notice dated 07.01.2023 issued by the 2^nd respondent and for other reliefs.

Learned HCGP for the respondents submits that pursuant to the impugned enquiry notice, the respondents would take necessary steps in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders by following the procedure prescribed under Sections 54, 55, 56 and 58 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963.

The said submission of the learned HCGP is placed on record and the petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to proceed further pursuant to the impugned enquiry notice at Annexure-A dated 07.01.2023 in accordance with law and
