5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances
and rival submissions, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 29.12.2022 at Annexure-J and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law bearing in mind the Writ Petition No.16604/2015(GM-POLICE) disposed off on 27.07.2022 by this Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed off.
